Liked the room with an extremely good bed, my bed was comfortable. Essentials that you need, such as a bathroom sink area and a writing table, were there. Everyone was friendly efficient and delightfully helpful. The service was efficient, the food was tasty. The swimming pool was nice too.

We got low cost breakfasts for the Starbucks. We asked for the urban king room with a beautiful view of seattle and it was ready when arrived. Had very central location in downtown area.

The venue has modern rooms with a great bed, nice toiletries, as for instance and consistently courteous staff. Its location is incredible & awesome, really close to light rail station to get to-and-from airport, the downtown area, and Starbucks and the NYC deli in the Grand Hyatt building.

Comfortable location, the private parking was available. I was surprised at nearby Anchorhead Coffee, they had some goodies, drinks. The room was well-appointed and nicely decorated with a bathroom sink area and a writing desk, fantastic views.
